A Few Steps to Obtain Residency

After preparing the required documents, the iLand team will assist you in opening a personal bank account in Greece.

The property purchase is officially registered at the notary office, and all supplementary procedures, including contract registration and the official ownership transfer, are completed.
After the property purchase is finalized, your file is submitted to the Immigration Office with the support and follow-up of the iLand legal team.
To complete the biometric process, you will attend an appointment at the Immigration Office together with the iLand team.
Within 5 months from the start of the process, your residence cards will be issued by the iLand team and delivered to you.
